Why be Accredited?

Construction can be technically difficult. There is no other industry which requires its employees and supply chain to have such a wide ranging skills set in order to deliver the optimum end product in a safe and productive manner.

As a business we must be safe and secure in each and every activity that we complete and this is achieved by continuous development, learning lessons and training.

Our customers, stake holder’s end users and our supply chain have confidence in our ability and accreditation is an important and auditable way for us to demonstrate our ability and knowledge.

We have successfully completed an impressive variety of construction projects. We've built up a significant amount of experience over the years with a dedicated and loyal team that is able to deliver projects reliably, on time and within budget.

We're pleased to announce that we have been awarded the accreditation from Safecontractor for our ongoing commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety. Our application for the Safecontractor accreditation was driven by the need for a uniform standard across the business and to protect our employees and those of our customers when working on site.

The safecontractor scheme is used by many large organisations as a way of identifying a suitable and competent contractor. With more than 210 major clients and over 20,000 contractor members, safecontractor is one of the fastest growing health and safety assessment schemes in the UK.

Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS).

We are dedicated to completing health and safety pre-qualification assessments to a nationally recognised and accepted threshold standard

CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers

CSCS was set up in the mid-90s with the aim of improving site workers’ competence to reduce accidents and drive up on-site efficiency.

The Scheme keeps a database of those working in construction that achieve, or can demonstrate they have already attained an agreed level of occupational competence.

Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) - a card scheme to prove the skills of plant operators.

CPCS is the largest and most highly recognised card scheme for the plant industry.

It helps to prove workers' operating skills and health and safety awareness.

The Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) provides a single skills card for the plant sector of the construction industry.
